With our mobile app you have quick access to your pet’s vaccine records and medical records, and can request refills and appointments from the comfort of your own smart phone. You can even send us a photo of your furry family member to be featured in our reception area.

The rewards, plainly

Using the app automatically enrolls you in our loyalty program, and you are rewarded a complimentary Paw to start. For every $200 spent in a single invoice you receive additional Paws, each worth $5.

Collect 3 Paws and begin redeeming conveniently at your next visit. Or save them — 10 Paws for a $50 account credit, or 16 Paws for a $100 account credit. Our loyalty program is a way for us to thank you for your continued trust and support.

If you do not own a smart phone, just let South Town know and we will be glad to add your pets, along with their pictures, to the program.

Getting set up

1. Download the South Town Animal Hospital app from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Search for “South Town Animal Hospital”.
3. Create an account on the log-in page, using the same email address listed in your South Town account. Check with us if you are not sure which one that is.
4. When you receive the verification email, click the link to activate your account.
5. In a few minutes you will see your pets appear in the app. For new clients this may take up to 24 hours.
